Loved the evening staff and cleanliness. Pool and gym times are amazing for our work schedule as we travel. The morning staff was not as friendly as the nighttime- specifically Ms Karen who was wonderful. The coffee machine was delicious, keep this please.
The cleanest hotel by far that we’ve stayed at in the area from Kannapolis to Concord. The breakfast was ok- but the staff very loud videos while we tried talking over coffee and the eggs were way too runny to try to eat. But overall great hotel, and we will be staying here from now on.

This hotel stays booked and I can see why! Clean and comfortable! We come to town to visit family 5-6 times a year. Hope they have rooms available for our next trip.
