Nice except for the sewage smell after using the sink or shower; might be a local or city problem …

The lounge on the 38th floor was a great, with a fabulous breakfast and happy-hour selections. The rooms and lounge provided a great view of the city. Location was incredibly convenient with easy access to multiple subway routes from the bottom of the hotel.

I had a wonderful 3-night stay at this hotel. The view from my room on the 35th floor was fantastic - all rooms are above the 25th floor. Location near Shimbashi Station is excellent; there's plenty of dining, drinking and shopping options around the station. And the Shiodome area is full of modern urban architecture for fans of that sort of thing.

This was a phenomenal hotel, conveniently located in shiodome. You can walk underground to get to both shiodome or Shinbashi stations, so you can get anywhere in any weather. The Ghibli clock is right upstairs - be sure to catch the show!
The hotel itself was beautiful. Clean rooms and facilities. We had lounge access so enjoyed breakfast from one of the top floors with a nice view. We could also return for snacks or cocktail hour until 8:00, which we used a lot because it was convenient.
The staff was so friendly and helpful. We already expected this in Japan, but they were on a different level supportive. They helped us navigate around, and were able to post some postcards for us.
Approved from Canada as one of our best experiences in a hotel.
