This is an older style motel. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable bed, small bathroom, air conditioning was not up to par, conveniently located close to caverns. coffee makes available upon request.

This family-owned motor court is a small gem. The owners are friendly and available. The atmosphere is old time America, unique and one of a kind.

Room was a bit dated, but everything was in immaculate shape and EXTREMELY clean. Room and bathroom were both very large in size. We had 2 queen beds which were both very comfy. Would have liked a 3rd pillow on the beds, but 2 was fine. Pillows here are like pillows most places nowadays (small and not very stuffed). Plenty of room for luggage (and then some) with generous counter space. Great location, close to downtown area. The exterior of the property was well kept and parking is plentiful. Owner was very helpful and had turned the air on before our arrival. My only trivial disappointment was that there was no in room coffee. Not a deal breaker since it was available in the office and there is also a Shell station next door with good coffee available before the office opens in the AM. Would stay again.
