Everything I expected and more. I must say that Holiday Inn Express goes above and beyond my expectations. Thanks!

We liked everything except the fact that the elevator was inoperable for the first three days of our stay in the hotel. So we had to walk three stories up to our room on the third floor.
The staff, cleanliness of our room and the intire hotel, breakfast and availability of parking were all excellent.
We feel, that some type of compensation should be offered by your company for the inconvenience that we endured during the time the elevator was not working.

This was a great place to stay. Staff were nice and courteous, place was clean, and beds were comfy. We stayed here to go to a Chiefs game. The stadium was only 9 min away, so we could get there quick. An added plus... Great Mexican food restaurant right next door. What more could ya ask for? 😊
