The amazing front desk woman on Saturday the 6th was very helpful and considerate. She greeted us on our arrival and was very helpful to nearby restaurants. Probably the most awesome hotel front desk person I’ve ran into in 25 years. This woman needs a raise!

Hotel is very nice with a fireplace in a sitting area near the lobby. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was awesome with many choices of bread, bagel, etc., and the eggs and bacon is tasty. Orange juice tasted freshly squeezed, a choice of medium or dark roasted coffee, banana and yogurt also available. Ample free parking. Well worth the price. Bend is also a clean and beautiful city.
