The hotel and room were clean and everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable but the pillows were small. We were also right along the road and could hear the traffic.

The property was nice enough. Unfortunately, it's close to train tracks and other noise. We noticed huge piles of leaves near the air conditioning units right outside the workout area. Someone sabotaged the second treadmill, so it could not be used.
Finally, there were no gluten-free breakfast items for my wife to choose from, so the "free breakfast" didn't work out for us.
The cleaning staff was friendly and helpful.

We have stayed at this hotel 4 years in a row while we were in Fond du Lac for a hockey tournament and every year has been a phenomenal experience. This year my son didn't play until 2:30 pm on Sunday and the staff had no problem with us hanging out in our room well past checkout time. Highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Fondy. Excellent, friendly staff.
