My dad and I stayed at this property not knowing how long our duration would be. We ended up cutting our trip short three days and they were accommodating refunding us for the extra days we had paid for.

The staff were very helpful and kind, and we're very approachable.

This seems to be the only place in Cieszyn that has 24 hour reception which is what I needed - landing in Krakow at 10pm with a 2 hour drive.
The receptionist kindly kept the bar open for a couple of local beers.
Rooms and facilities are not quite up to a big-city Mercure but this is a good place to stop.
I was here for the Poland/Czechia border parkrun and it’s a good 3km or so downhill into town to the start - a nice warm-up jog if you like.
Uphill on the way back though obviously.
