The staff members were friendly, very helpful and wonderful ambassadors for the hotel. Comfortable room, the evening food was tasty, hot and served very soon after ordering, also very nice wine!! Good choice of options for breakfast. All in all there was nothing more which we could have asked for from our stay and we would use this chain and especially this hotel again.

The property was accessible to transportation which was ideal for getting into London centre. It was also ideal getting to Heathrow. Staff were very helpful and always friendly including staff at breakfast. Having a mall nearby was also helpful.

So close to Stratford Railway Station. The jubilee line connects you to city circuit so all London attractions are just a short train trip away with services running back to back all day.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. A special shout-out to Tanvir and Arjoo at the reception, who went above and beyond to help us with everything we needed. Their hospitality made our trip truly memorable!
