Very accommodating & got our room ready 2 hours earlier than the check-in time per our request. This was for no extra charge.

The staff was very professional and courteous. They offered us water bottles immediately upon check-in. The facilities were clean, and seemed well maintained. It was very quiet and restful, and we appreciated the fridge in the room. The towels for the pool were super dinky, so better towels would be a great improvement, but that's the only aw shucks. Also, parking should be free. We thought the price was very reasonable for what we got, and the hotel was super close to shopping and a few restaurants.

Friendly staff. Beds were nit up to Hilton standard. Mattress appeared to be old, and not very comfortable.

The hotel is nicely appointed and very clean. Our room was large and had lots of plugs for our electronics. The breakfast is one of the best we have ever had- lots of fresh fruit and multiple choices of types of food. The only negative was the charge for parking- I understand in a large city where parking is at a premium, but this is in a rural town.
