Nice clean room

Staff was great. Bed wasn’t great, was two twin mattresses with a mattress top that kept moving and a thin sheet as a bed sheet. Bathroom had no amenties or even shelf in the shower to put stuff on

The breakfast was excellent, and it’s a bonus to have reasonably-priced parking on-site. That said, the parking rates on the website are out of dateand clearer signs to the car parks would make arrival a lot easier.
The room had a Nespresso machine with two capsules, which would have been a nice touch — except it wasn’t working. Not much staff on site.
There’s no daily housekeeping unless you specifically ask for it.
The location is great — you’re in the city centre within 30 minutes by tram.

The best hotel we have stayed in, very close to Central Amsterdam and easy to get to (only 15-20 mins by tram). The staff were friendly and welcoming, the room was clean and overall a great experience. We will definitely be returning.
