The staff were polite and friendly.
Guided us through the process of taking a Yakuta and how to use the private onsens.
Very nice to stay in a traditional ryokan.

This ryokan is even better than the photos and reviews. It is across the street from the train, so very convenient. All staff wete helpful. There is a casual yukata provided or you can chose a slightly nicer one, also complimentary. Slippers are provided. The onsen are easy to use, with mininal wait times. We absolutely loved it.
