Good breakfast. Safe parking garage but had to pay$10.00 extra for parking. OK for the time we were there.

This is a great hotel and reasonably priced! The room was exceptionally clean and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast was also delicious. We enjoyed our stay.

Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Can't say the same for the breakfast attendant. She was rather rude and cranky. There were loud occupants on our floor. Not the fault of the hotel. Just inconsiderate people being loud in the hallway at 730 am

Comfortable beds. Friendly and understanding front desk check in experience. Clean room and accessibility. Convenient drive into downtown San Jose.
