We needed to change our reservation while in route to our destination. We called the hotel to accomplish the change. The staff were so helpful. Everyone did their best to assist with any needs we had. Excellent hotel, excellent staff. We would highly recommend the Sleep Inn in Charles City, IA.

The whole staff (especially Danielle and Liz) were very welcoming and accommodating.
My only complaint is that the website and travel sites state "pet friendly" but they do not allow cats.

It was great to find a property so well maintained in a small town. We often have stayed in hotels that were not totally clean or that had a noisy air conditioner, etc. This stay was great.
