Great staff and they were very helpful during my stay

Staff upon arrival was great. Richard was very kind. The room was decent and had all the basic amenities needed. I liked the location, in the heart of it all. I found the security of the building well executed overall, except for other guests who need to be more diligent about locking common doors.
Good hot water and pressure. I think its perfect for a couple nights stay in the heart of Lisbon. The noise didn't bother us as much as other commentors mentioned, otherwise good spot.

Accommodations are on a bustling street, you really feel like you are in the middle of the action! For this reason, I would not recommend for those looking for a quiet environment. We really enjoyed it, however - it was super easy to hop outside and find a great spot for dinner or drinks. Everything was clean and the staff are very responsive.
