Staff! Due to a landslide caused by heavy rains, our party of 4 was stuck in Milan with no way to get back to Lugano. Hotel staff arrange a taxi to pick us up and bring us back to the hotel when all transpiration options were overtaxed and expensive. The staff literally saved us from a very difficult circumstance.

The location was amazing and room was clean. Breakfast and dinner onsite made it convenient. I loved being so close to the city beach and the lakefront.
