The complementary breakfast was good, the room was clean, staff were kind, and the hotel was located a short walk from the DLR. Would stay here again.

Staff was extremely helpful and very friendly. The property is about 4 miles away from the center of London which is a quick Uber or taxi ride away. One drawback to the property is that located behind the hotel is a cement production facility with cement trucks coming in and out during the daytime. It wasn't that big of an issue because they closed down every night, but it is just not a very pleasant view to open your window up to. Nonetheless, we would definitely stay there again

Overall, this was a very good experience: the room was spotless, the bed was genuinely comfortable, and the location made getting around easy. I’d happily book again for business or a short city break.
