Nice large studio apartment in great location. Walking distance to the town centre. Unfortunately the building is in the middle of a building site at the moment. It is however quiet. Would not recommend for mid summer as no aircon but with a fan was ok in cooler times.

We like staying here and would stay there again.

Spacious and well appointed. Plenty of parking. Our dog was welcome. Very convenient for an overnight stay on the way to the Alps

This is the second time we have stayed here and hopefully we will return next year and stay for a longer period. On first seeing the property from the road it appears to be derelict but once you are down the drive there is a new modern building. The original derelict part of the site is now being developed and it will be interesting to see the result. As stated in the details the apartments are part of a sheltered housing scheme for older people but don't let this put you off . The apartments are clean modern an very nicely furnished with windows opening onto, the canal. Parking is 5 euros a night in a secure carpark. The cathedral and town centre is a very short walk away and Troyes is a beautiful old city well worth a visit,
