We were pleasantly surprised that they had staff on site during the day to assist us.

I booked a room with a private terrace and just loved having that extra space for early mornings or late nights. I was worried about the pin not working but had no trouble at all, The receptionists were friendly and helpful, just not there at all times. A terrific location as well.
