The staff is great. The rooms are large, but amenities could improve. The hangers were almost all broken.

We had a great time at Taxim Suites Residence. The receptionist, Ida, was always so kind and helpful.
The hotel was very warm which was nice with the snow outside.
The location is perfect! You can walk to most places and you’re right in the middle of everything.
The room was cleaned everyday. Whenever we needed anything we’d call and they’d send it up right away.
Highly recommended!
