The hotel is wonderful, so well designed, the room impeccable, the communal areas are just like out of an architectural catalog.
But the highlight was the staff. So kind of, attentive and with an authentic willingness to make you feel seen.
The star goes to Melica (sorry if misspelled). Wonderful, wonderful. And wonderful again

The service was wonderful, location was great, and everything was perfect~

Very nice hotel, food very good but service at restaurants terrible. Impossible to get a coffee in less than 15 minutes and drinks at bar slow as well. Darren at the front desk was the exception- he was great.

Great hotel from the room comfort and fixtures, to the gym and general maintenance
