My second time to stay at this hotel, really love the location right next to Lake Lugano, peaceful and private. Very beautiful scenery. Staffs are friendly, breakfast is excellent with many choices. Very good service in the breakfast room/restaurant too. Room are clean. Will definitely come back if coming to Lugano again.

We stayed two nights at this lakeside venue.
Pro’s: location, pool, breakfast, and staff.
Con’s: A/C is not strong, beds are twins, joined to make fulls which can be challenging w/ passionate nights with your spouse.
