Staff are helpful and friendly.
The place was clean.
For better or worse, Miami Hotel is an old, budget Hotel without a lift (3 levels), yet it's nice enough and only a short tram ride into the City.

Mia's service was outstanding, Vishal was helpful and kind, and staff member Emil was very accommodating in meeting guests' needs. The room was very clean, and my room number 15 was the best. Thank you to all the wonderful staff of Miami Hotel, it was a pleasurable and enjoyable stay.
