Very good room and friendly staff.

I love staying here when in Townsville. This time I stayed in a larger room which had a bath. Loved my soak. Also brought my dog this time which is fantastic. The grounds are well looked after. Cafe is good for breakfast. Staff are always friendly and helpful.
My only suggestions would be a handrail for the spa and pool. I’ve had a knee operation and can’t hop in the spa and pool as I can’t get myself out of it without a rail. I would love to get in it. I’m sure there are other travellers like me. Also some cookies with the tea & coffee sachets would be great.
See you next time

Cheerful and efficient check in. Room and amenities were excellent (even for our dog that travelled with us). Would highly recommend.
