The hotel is very lovely and located just a short stroll from the Old Town. Staff is super helpful and all speak English. The down side was the room right next to a tram track which was very noisy. We stayed 2 nights and we requested a room change, which we had and all was good then. We used spa, sauna and steam room but unfortunately the plunge pool was out of use. Gym was too basic so we decided not to use it, but overall nice place to chill. I would stay again in this hotel.

The hotel building is lovely, very decadent but no pool or outside common area to relax.
The staff very all very helpful and pleasant especially Anne, who spoke perfect English and went the extra mile to make our stay exceptional. All in all a great 5 days and thoroughly recommended.
