Great location! Close to beach, shops and restaurants. A bit dated and thin walls. We could clearly hear the guests in the next door room talking. Luckily they were quiet after 11pm.

I absolutely love coming to this hotel because it is so convenient to get to the beachfront and the strip of stores. I like parking my vehicle and not having to move it till check out because parking in town is ridiculous. The room was clean although the refrigerator was sitting on a slope in the room so my belongings just slid out. I rented #230 and in room #226 the heating system did not work. But other than that it was good. We arrived at 2:00 we were able to check into #230 but my other room was not ready in time. We had to wait till 4pm when check in time was at 3pm so we basically got robbed for an hour of our paid time in the room. I liked that pets are allowed and not charged for. Staff was kind.

The room was very nice. The location from the beach & downtown was perfect. We will be staying here again the next time we come to Pismo Beach.
