So I booked this location after an issue with another hotel. I only wish that I had discovered this one first. The location was great, right next to most major attractions.
The hotel staff rocked, and everyone was very helpful. I would certainly stay here again

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clearly renovated recently. I was with a baby and the layout was great- entry hall with WC and a door to the room, so i was ablw to meave the srroller and shoes there, shower/sink area also had a door. Furniture was simple... i felt comfortable letting my little one crawl around and pull herself up. There was one spot that housekeeping missed (under the luggage rack) so i used my suitcase to block it.
Only cons were:
Steps at both entrances. Staff helped with the stroller, but a ramp could easily be added to the back entrance.
The parking garage. Location was great and i know the hotel doesn't control it, but it needs some care.
