Excellent hotel. Nice, helpful staff.
8 / 10Eccellente·mag 2026
The hotel has a very good location, which makes it convenient to explore the area. It’s also easy to bring food to your room, which is a nice plus.
The service is generally good, but it can be quite slow at times. While the staff are helpful, improvements in speed would make the experience much better.
Overall, the hotel does not feel like a true 5-star property and is more comparable to a 4-star hotel.

It’s surrounding; close to the Nile, easy walks…

Room was large and in general clean, but walking in the room in bare feet, my feet were so dirty from the floor
