House keep staff, namely Jamie and the night check in desk lady were both exceptional. While there were some hick ups as to the room we reserved had a person staying in it as we opened the door and the next room was still dirty not cleaned. They were able to accommodate us and even applied a discount on the room.

I would recommend this property for those visiting Cedar Point, which was why I stayed. It was only about 10 minutes from the park. The room was very clean, the bed comfortable. The breakfast wasn't anything fantastic, but enough to get your day started. The staff were all super friendly
