Incredibly friendly and helpful staff, very accommodating and happy to help with even the smallest of request. The hotel was luxurious and comfortable and spacious.
The area is lovely for walks along the Arno. Everything worked effectively.

The staff was really nice! A helped us carry our baggage and gave a free glass of champagne after we had a bad travel day! Also super cute back patio and in a nice area that is a little more quiet.

We loved our stay here. The staff were so friendly and helpful from the moment our car pulled up. Right away, we were struck by the hotel's charm. Our room was so cute and clean. The room itself was on the small side, but that was to be expected in an older, historic building. It did have a king-size bed that was exceptionally comfortable. The location was great within walking distance to many attractions. On the last day of our visit, we had time to explore the city more before our train; they held our luggage so we could soak up as much of Florence to the very last minute. It was so appreciated. We would definitely stay here again!
