From the moment I walked into the hotel the staff were all extremely helpful, they were all multilingual and all happy to chat. Gave great recommendations for the area and helped with anything I needed.

The staff was very welcoming and helpful! Our room was very clean and spacious! The breakfast had so many options! We loved the city of Bariloche and would love to return some day!

Convenient location , clean hotel, nice staff and good breakfast make this hotel excellent choice while visiting Bariloche

Rooms were clean and well-appointed. Manager was super friendly and helpful. Little tricky to find the parking but other than that there were no complaints. We had an awesome view of the lake and they had a very nice breakfast.
