Overall I had a great time. Staff were lovely and helpful. Location was fantastic. Room was pretty nice too. There were two reasons only why I gave a 4/5 and not 5/5: I really liked the mini apartment style but my living room was oddly shaped so that I couldn’t sit on the couch to properly watch TV. The other thing was the spa was closed for the two days I was here and it would’ve been nice to have known that at booking time since I saw that I got Expedia VIP access and discount to the spa but I couldn’t use it. Other than those two, I had a great time. Thank you

The Executive is one of my go-to hotels when I visit Toronto. The location is MINUTES from the mall, Roger's centre, Scotiabank Arena, and Union Station. There's about 3 or 4 parking garages nearby for parking. Staff is always friendly, professional and knowledgeable.
