Pleasantly furnished and sited, ground floor standard motel room. Easy parking. Close to three eateries, a shop and large, modern playground.
Only negative, a strong, nauseating room deodoriser had been used, taking days to disperse.
Nice to walk to sea, that can be heard in the room.

The property was well priced and located facing the beach, with a small pool which was high set and clean. It was in a lovely quiet pocket of Mollymook with a cafe next to the surf club nearby and the Golf club over the road which had a cafe and restaurant with see views. A bus stop was around the corner plus a small store. Kim at reception was very helful and pleasant and nothing too much trouble. The room eventhough old was well maintained, clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable with a choice of pillows. Plenty of tea and coffee. Great place

The best part of this place is the proximity to the beach, just the pictures are misleading, overall it was adequate
