The managers went out of their way to help us after a booking glitch on another website left myself, my husband and three children with no accomodation late on a Saturday night. Truly grateful for their help.

The room is fabulous and the staff is superb! We had some issues when we tried to stay here the first time but when I complained they responded very quickly and then gave us a complimentary stay and refund! They didn’t have to do that but I’m so impressed that they did. Would highly recommend this hotel!

Coffee cups were stained dirty and cracked. Otherwise was fairly clean.
No instructions for fans, was travelling with a client with disability.
