Basically the room was satisfactory, being clean and the bed comfortable. I liked the breakfast cereal there for us and ample milk. I loved the fact that there was a small basin and detergent to wash up in. I hate having to wash up cups etc in the bathroom sink for obvious reasons. It was also surprisingly quiet considering we were next to the tavern and on a busy road.
Things I thought could do with attention. The shower nozzle kept dripping, probably needed a new washer in the tap. The iron base was very dirty and I was unable to use it. The hair dryer in the bathroom was so far away from the mirror, that I had to guess how my hair was being styled😊. The stairwell up to our floor was very dirty and needed a vacuum. It was carpeted.
We loved the fact that the motel was so centrally situated and in walking distance to many eateries and the shopping centre across the road. We would definitely consider staying there again.
