The staff, were magnificent!
Particularly Jebari, the Housekeeping Manager. His helpfulness and professionalism, is why I chose the Residence Inn over othr potential venues, and one of the many reasons why I will come back again.
I had the perfect short break!
Thank you.

This hotel is very clean. Bed is comfortable. You don't hear noise from other rooms. This was my second stay and plan to return.

The individual at the front desk was rude and made our check in a nightmare.
His name is Stephen Atwell, if he is at the front desk God bless you.
The person I spoke to at the front desk at check out told me that this was the second complaint received about him today.
I will be filing a complaint with the manager in the morning.
