Our room was clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is centrally located in downtown Ithaca. Unfortunately, the parking garage next to the hotel is under construction so we had to unload and then park a few blocks away. This was time consuming, though the hotel did its best to alleviate the problem. Overall it was s very good stay.

The room was clean Albeit there is no air circulation (return) in the room. This has made the use of the bathroom inconvenient.
The location of off-site parking made dropping off and on the luggage a bit awkward and cumbersome.
Other than that the hotel is in a great location with access to all what downtown Ethica has to offer.

The rooms and hotel were very clean and all the amenities were on the newer side. The only issue I had was with the airport shuttle. It only is available if there are enough staff and I was told “do you know what uber is?” By one of the staff members in a very condescending way when I enquired about reserving a shuttle to the airport for an early flight. They need to communicate and maybe even not offer an airport shuttle if it is this disorganized.
