Nice and clean hotel. If staff can speak English would be excellent.

Friendly budget hotel. Elaking distance to seven eleven and lotus. Plenty of minor street food stand in the area.
Room in good clean condition. Old TV but did not use it anyway.
Hot water good, water pressure good. Bed a bit firm but I slept very well.
5-10 minutes walk to massive shopping mall Seaconsquare.
Open door parking about 100m away.
