Hotel is in an excellent spot in Tokyo Shinjuku.
Go out of the hotel and you are directly in the Shinjuku life.
Lots of bars and restaurants around, a conbini directly in front of the hotel and san chome station entry is also very close.
Less the 10 min by foot to Shinjuku Station or Kabukicho.
I always stay there, when I am in Tokyo.

Centrally located, clean, cozy room, had everything we needed for a one night stay. Check in was super efficient. We shipped our suitcases ahead of us and reception held them for us over night. Great breakfast with excellent variety.
