We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Residence Inn! The complimentary breakfast was excellent, with plenty of delicious options for vegetarians. The housekeeping team did a fantastic job—our room was always spotless, and they refreshed the towels and changed the bed sheets daily while we were out exploring the city.
The customer service was exceptional. The front desk staff and housekeeping team were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile.
The location is another huge advantage. Both Times Square and the Empire State Building are within walking distance, and subway stations are right at the doorstep, making it very convenient to get around New York City.
Overall, our experience exceeded expectations. I would happily stay here again on my next trip and would highly recommend Residence Inn to family and friends. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so comfortable and memorable!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly recommended!
