Spacious rooms with ample privacy and tranquility throughout resort. Complimentary shuttle services into town were also appreciated.

Everyday the room was clean, communication was great, staff was amazing, food was great and everyone was very kind

Staff were excellent, helpful and had very positive attitudes.
The bungalow by the pool was well presented, clean and very comfortable.
The breakfast options were very tasty and the food in general was very good

We had a lovely stay at Batatu! We stayed in one of the villas, which was beautiful. The staff were very helpful, arranging transport to Kuta, as well as a taxi from the airport and a taxi to Bangsal Harbour.
