Fabulous venue with one exception - the lift was out of order. (We were travelling with a friend who has mobility issues.) That said, the rooms were pristine and the staff were friendly & helpful. The location was also excellent. Nelson Reserve, Memorial Park & the centre of town were only a short distance away.

The room was clean and compact. Kitchenette included a microwave that allowed me to have dinner in my room without too much fuss. Easy after travelling for the day.

The property was very clean, both in the room and the general condition of the public spaces and gardens. Nothing was too much trouble for the friendly staff and the undercover car park was spacious, well lit and had security cameras. I would definitely stay there again.
