Room was clean and staff were very helpful and friendly. Absolutely loved the location being in walking distance from Yu Garden and really close to the Bund and other attractions.

Hotel is very close to the metro and its location is close to all the tourist attractions. Lots of options for breakfast! I was fortunate to be given early check in when I arrived which was like 4 hrs before check in which made my day!

A truly great hotel right in the middle of the city, easy to reach and perfect for a trip to Shanghai! We stayed there in June 2026 and the room was absolutely stunning, great view and the whole hotel was very clean and elegant. The pool on the top floor made our trip even sweeter, with the great view towards the city & being a relaxing aspect after our exploration of the city. 10/10, would recommend it!
