We greatly enjoyed our stay here!! The room was large, bright and happy. There was a lovely roof top patio with a peek a boo of the channel and a perfect little breakfast room that included eggs and bacon (and much more) which are options more difficult to find while you're out and about than you'd think. The staff was smiley and welcoming, and gently comical to make you so happy to have arrived. The only unfavorable comment I could mention would be that the doors would slam shut and was quite loud, rattling our room and occasionally waking us up.
We would recommend The Alessandra for sure!!

This was one of my favorite hotels I have stayed in. You are steps away from the Ponte Vecchio. The staff are the best. The hotel is spotless and the water pressure is fantastic. I highly recommend this property.

Great location, extremely friendly and helpful staff, the bed was a little firm, but not saggy or springy. There are a lot of stairs to get up to the front desk! The small elevator is fun! We did not try the breakfast. Good water pressure in the shower/tub, lots of hot water.
