Never expected a beautiful Caribbean experience within the confines of the USA.

The property is well maintained and comfortable. Our family enjoyed the private beach and the pool. The one on-site restaurant serves a variety of good food.

We enjoyed the property but didn’t love it. Great set up with two bedrooms, two baths with family room and kitchen. Elevator system is definitely a little strange, food on site is decent but we found better options when venturing out.

We would not stay here again. For the price it was just not worth it.
The facility is not maintained that well and it shows. During our four day stay both the dishwasher and water heater in our unit broke and had to be replaced. The dishwasher was a minor inconvenience but the water heater was a whole different story. We complained about the lack of hot water from the first night. Then again the second day. On the third day we had zero
hot water and the issue still wasn’t taken care of. At 8:30 pm at night maintenance was trying to install a new water heater and cracked a pipe in the unit causing us to have to move to a different unit.
In addition every elevator on the property is in disrepair. Half of them don’t work and the other half make a horrible scraping noise as the doors open and close.
Also we found hairs in our food at the restaurant by the pool - absolutely disgusting. We didn’t eat there again.
The only positive is that the management was responsive and did provide a credit for our stay but we would never recommend or stay there again.
