Air conditioning was great. Room was very clean. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was prepackaged bagels, danish, english muffins. They also had yogurt and cereals.

It was a nice short walk to Duval Street of only 10 to 12 minutes so that was a big plus not having to deal with parking. I liked the boards with suggestions of where to go and the staff was very helpful and friendly. I would recommend

Wonderful property. My 2nd time staying here & would definitely choose The Grand Guesthouse again, very convenient.
