Breakfast was included. But parking was $10 per night.

We stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Inverness and had a really positive experience. Julie at the front desk made check‑in super easy and was very patient and helpful with all of our questions. I also appreciated that she took the time to sign me up for the rewards program without making it feel pushy. Her friendly, professional attitude set the tone for our whole stay, and we would definitely stay here again because of the great service she provided.

Unfortunately the elevator was out of order and was not expected to be repaired for about a week (we were only there 2 nights). If we had known prior to check in, we might have planned a little bit better.
In the plus side, the fresh coffee whenever you wanted it was a nice perk!
