The room and bathroom were very clean. The stairways and elevator doors could use a bit more maintenance. The breakfast was good, with strong coffee, waffles, fresh fruit, and yogurt. Thank you for the wonderful welcome and hospitality

The price was more than reasonable. the room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was pretty standard, so no surprises and the food was fresh. In short, I will stay here again next time I have to go to Lubbock
