The room was clean, and the staff was helpful -I know because I needed towels every day. No one every brought towels and I was there 3 nights. I had to ask every day, and after I did someone would bring them up while I was gone, but they never took the dirty ones away. So there were a lot of dirty wet towels under the sink when we left (2 people). Otherwise, the staff was very helpful, nice and the hotel is clean. I will probably stay again because they have no problem giving me towels. I think it's just an employee who doesn't do their work.
