This is our second stay. Staff welcoming and friendly. Beautiful views. Unfortunately, we had issues with the concierge. We requested a dinner reservation be made and were assured a reply. Never heard back. We also requested a taxi van to the airport early morning. When we checked the evening before, there was no record of this request and again were assured a taxi van would be waiting for us in the morning. No taxi van. No record of our request. Due to early morning traffic and the size of taxi we needed, we had to wait 50 minutes for a taxi to the airport.

The Palazzo is a beautiful place to stay when in Tropea. The Staff was all excellent- warm and very welcoming and a pleasure to talk to. Saverio, Giuseppe, as well as the breakfast staff were all so accommodating and super friendly and helpful. Highly recommended for your stay in Tropea.

Wonderful hotel located conveniently next to the Spanish Steps. Easy walks to most sites in Rome. Views of the Spanish Steps from our room. Each night we had cocktails on the roof overlooking Rome. all the amenities of the Hassler Hotel. Super service. The staff all greeted us and knew our names.
Great breakfasts.
This was our third stay at Il Palazzetto. We will stay there again.
