It was a very nice hotel. The rooms were very well maintained. The first room we got had a leaky toilet, so they switched us to the room beside. The second room the fridge didn't work so the fridge was switched with the one from the first room. The staff were very helpful and responded quickly to the leaky toilet.
Our only issues were:
1. There was no hot water because they were working on the boiler. The problem was we only found out when we arrived, and by that time it was too late to cancel. They said it was already at a discounted price for the inconvenience, but I don't think it was.
2. Their idea of "pet friendly" is charging $1,000 pesos PER DOG! And there was no designated area to take them to do their business. The price of the room was $118 USD (approximately $2,000 pesos) PLUS $3,000 pesos for 3 dogs. Therefore we paid more for the dogs to stay than we did for ourselves!
